"Exceeding expectations. Contacted HMC for an SLK with the right level of equipment that I was looking for. Spoke to Jay who was fantastic. Was well priced, said I wanted to make payment and arrange for collection as due to a disability I couldn't make the long journey to test drive. Instead Jay offered me to pay a deposit, and they would bring the car to me for an inspection and test drive to see if it was for me. Far above and beyond the experience I've had from other car dealerships. Would happily use again and highly recommend. No pushy sales, no hidden extras. The cars condition was exactly as described so no surprises. Even better than I was expecting, looking forward to a summer of top down driving. The car was presented very well, the engine bay was impressive for a 25 year old car."

"If Carlsberg did car sales... I dealt with Jay to buy my Discovery 4. Jay let me come to view the car at short notice and also at the end of the working day. As soon as I got there I was offered a hot or cold drink. Jay happily stayed open for me to view two or three of the cars on sale, and ask lots of questions. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgeable about the Discoveries, he really knows his Land Rovers. He happily took me through all of the documents for each vehicle. He then offered me a test drive in the one I had picked. He did notice a rattle that he wasn't happy with and the next day had it booked into the garage to be repaired, no questions asked or no deposit requested. I collected the car a few days later, late in the day again, fully serviced with a fresh MOT and fresh timing belts. I honestly cannot recommend Jay enough. He is a really honest guy who will do anything he can to make your buying experience as easy and smooth as he came. I will definitely be going back for my next Land Rover. Thank you Jay"
