These terms and conditions govern the sale of vehicles by HMC. By purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to these terms.
We take every care to accurately describe all vehicles. All mileages are as indicated on the vehicle's odometer and are believed to be correct. All vehicles are described to the best of our knowledge. We recommend independent inspection prior to purchase.
A deposit of £500 is required to reserve a vehicle. Deposits are refundable if the vehicle is materially different from its description. If you withdraw from a purchase without valid reason, the deposit may be retained.
Full payment is required before vehicle release. Accepted methods: bank transfer, debit card. We do not accept credit cards for vehicle purchases (finance can be arranged separately).
Finance is subject to status and provided by third-party lenders. We act as a credit broker, not a lender. APR rates are representative and may vary based on individual circumstances.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, vehicles must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose.
Our liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
